I am Jeyalamar Murty, UK qualified, experienced & BACP registered counsellor and supervisor.
My practice for online counselling and online supervision adheres strictly to the BACP guidelines of good practice. I have over twenty-five years’ experience of counselling and supervision with experience in counselling & supervising in schools, higher education and universities across the globe. My approach is eclectic and inclusive of psychodynamic, client centred, mindfulness, DBT & CBT.

1. Can I have face to face counselling instead of online counselling with you?
Yes, you can if I happen to be in the same location as you.
2. How many online counselling sessions will I need?
In the trial online counselling session or the first online counselling session we will agree on some objectives to work towards. From the assessment that I will
carry out I will give you a rough indication of number of online counselling sessions you may need. Sessions can be spaced out to suit your requirements.
3. If I do not wish to proceed with online counselling after the free online counselling trial session will I be charged a fee?
No. The trial online counselling session is completely free. It is provided for you to have a chance to check me out as well as have a taster online counselling session.

All communications are kept confidential.
Limits of confidentiality
Confidentiality may be expanded to include certain support services or nominated persons in the event of possible danger to self or others. Your counsellor will discuss this with you further.
Urgency
Please note this an online counselling service and not a crisis centre so we are unable to help with urgent situations.

No Hidden Costs only Pay as per Appointment Basis Only
GBP 40 or equivalent in other international currencies per one hour of Online Counselling session.
GBP 20 or equivalent in other international currencies per one hour of Online Counselling session for students undergoing counselling training.
